About Xavier Children's Support Network

Xavier Children's Support Network assists families who have children between 0-16 years with high support needs arising from a combination of physical, sensory and intellectual disabilities. Priority is given to young children living in Brisbane area. Support is given 7 days per week as required. Services include in-home support, in-home and out-of-home respite care, consultation and assistance with sleepovers, recreation support, palliative care, support for specialised feeding, nursing care and therapy consultations, as well as specialist care for children who are ventilator dependent.Services are provided within a 35km radius of Brisbane CBD.
