XES is part of Sydney Rehabilitation Service an organisation that has been providing disability services for the past six years. XES assists individuals with disabilities to find employment. Consultants provide both 1:1 and group assistance to jobseekers focusing on the job-seeking process (e.g. resume preparation and application letter writing). Refreshing interview skills (e.g. presentation and questions). Post Placement Support (e.g. workplace modifications, contact, training). This service is free to anyone on a Centrelink pension/newstart and free to employers.
