Yarra Valley psychology is a private counselling service which provides low cost counselling with a probationary psychologist ($25 for a one hour session) to people who are unemployed or on a pension. They provide: individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, psychological assessment, mediation, critical incident debriefing, reports. The following conditions are treated: depression and mood disorders, nanxiety and anxiety disorders, child behavior difficulties, anger management, recovery from road trauma, PTSD, family problems, marital/relationship problems, eating/weight/body image concerns, work stress and burn out, communication and negotiation skills, social skills enhancement, loss and grief.
