This is a YMCA recreational centre that has swimming pools , water slideswith a rapid river , health club( gym), dry programs such as indoor soccer, group fitness classes and seniors' programs. The programs for Older Adults are - PrYme Mover Class ; LIVING LONGER LIVING STRONGER (LLLS) - Living Longer, Living Stronger aims to increase the strength of older people and their overall health management, through increasing their muscle mass. This also increases their capacity to remain independent and manage their day-to-day activities; SETS AND REPS - A weight training class specifically designed for the over 50's.; BODYVIVE" is a low impact, 55-minute class, integrating aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for strength and stability, and stretching and mobility work. ; AQUA MOVERS ;AQUA CHI ;HYDRO MOVERS;CHI BALL(tm) -all water based exercise programs for seniors.
