About Young Parent Support Worker - Upper Hunter

This professional works with young people up to the age of 25, and particularly those under 20, who are expecting or caring for a child. The focus of service is on the wellbeing and health of those young people and their children. It also has an inter agency focus working with local service providers in support of clients. The service provides counselling and support with flexible hours and locations (EGA. in client's home; group programs to assist development of social networks, life and parenting skills and assisting clients to access other support.
