About Your Time - Carer Counselling and Support

Information, support, counselling and referral service for carers of people who are frail aged or have a disability, chronic condition or a mental illness. nPriority is given to ageing carers. nService includes assistance with care planning, support and respite, counselling during stressful times. nThe service is auspiced by Centacare in Wollongong and is a joint project with Anglicare and The Southern Councils Group Community Care Programs.nCounsellors are available in each region.
