If I am contacting the right organisation I may have had help from one of your staff over several years now every six weeks or so to assist me in changing an abdominal catheter. Strange as it may seem you may be the organisation I have in mind as the source of this assistance. I have accepted this assistance gratefully without attempting to make contact with the source centre (other than to make a phone call to confirm the visit date/time etc. However, evidently because of ( it seems) increasing staffing changes I have felt a need to understand better the background of the assistance I receive Could you confirm, from what I have set out above whether you are or are not the likely source of my occasional visiting helper?
