Gold Coast 60 and Better Healthy Ageing Program 60 and Better Program provides a wide range of better health and lifestyle options for seniors. The activities are designed to encourage fun and social interaction, learn new skills and increase physical fitness. Committees meet regularly to plan activities, discuss health issues and decide on directions for the program. Activities include table tennis, exercise groups, walking groups, digital camera and photography group, line dancing, trips and outings, cards, craft, dinner groups, coffee and chats, Tai Chi, mahjong, health and information talks and assistance with tax returns (July to October).

Hello, I am a mum of two small children aged 1 and 3. I have been thinking of the value of community and would love to reach out to the older generation who may be missing their family or not have any. I'm not sure how to go about it. I'd love to take some time to visit or meet with a group of friendly people . I think it might bring some joy to some and my children will have the benefit of getting to know a different generation.
