ACT Office foe Ageing
The overall aim of the CPP program is to link multicultural communities to aged care services. The 2007/8 CPP project will focus on providing training and education in Dementia and Palliative care to Multicultural Aged Care volunteers. This project is funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing and managed by ACT Health, Aged Care and Rehabilitation Services.
