Activ provides a setting for developing skills essential to being part of a successful workplace team. Activ will teach skills to gain employment and will provide training and support on the job to be able to use equipment and machinery.Activ mining is a retail mining supplies outlet and all employees at Activ get the same employment conditions as other people who work in the general workforce. To be eligible for a job with Activ the person must be 15+yo, able to work either F/T or P/T , mobile and able in ADLs and willing to workplace. There are two arms to Activ Business Services-Activ Mining Supplies which is a pick and pack industry based at these premises.They pack and send sweat bands, cathodes and tool bags ,e.g., and them send to mining companies. The other arm is Activ Property care which is a gardening service that sends teams of workers to do garden maintenance, clean-ups and they will operate lawn -mowers and other garden equipment.

RUCSN's Regional Inclusion Pools are funded by the Department of Family and Community Services(FAHCSIA) and are Australia-wide.The aim of the Inclusion Support Program is to promote and maintain high quality care for all children, including those with additional needs.
