Active Over 50 - Northern Sydney Central Coast Health Promotion Unit

The Active Over 50 program is physical activity designed to improve balance, strength, and fitness, and offers group classes in gentle exercise, strength training, aqua fitness, ballroom dancing and Tai Chi. Classes are specifically for people aged 50 and over, are affordable, and conducted by trained fitness professionals. More than 90 classes each week are available at about 30 venues around the Central Coast.
