This program provides a safe, accessible and appropriate physical activity program for people aged over 50 years. It offers individually designed resistance training programs, gentle exercise classes, and focuses on incresing flexibility, muscular strength and stability. It was developed by the SWSAHS as a falls injury prevention project.
