The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) is an independent body which undertakes "on-the-merits" reviews of broad range of administrative decisions made by the Commonwealth Government and some non-government bodies. The AAT aims to provide fair, impartial, high quality and prompt review of decisions to the widest range of people, regardless of their cultural or linguistic background. Individuals, organisations and government agencies may use the services of the AAT.

I am currently on Newstart and after rent and phone credit I have under $100 to live on for a fortnight.
