Air Force Memorial Estate (RAAFWA)
The Air Force Memorial Estate is a retirement village in Bull Creek. The Estate includes 239 self-contained independent living units in one or two bedroom configurations, a 60 Suite Frail Aged Hostel known as Gordon Lodge and a 40 Bed Nursing Home known as Dean Lodge. The Estate also houses the AFA Club , RAAF Association Aviation Heritage Museum , tennis courts, bowling greens and an outdoor swimming pool. A range of facilities, over and above those available at the AFA Club, are provided for residents and Association members, including an indoor heated therapeutic pool, chapel, village club, library, outdoor barbecues, village shop and 3 buses for transport to and from external activities. RAAF Welfare Services provide Information, resource referral and support service for RAAF Association members. The welfare officer (Helen Winton) refers the clients to the various HACC and other services required by the clients.

Corrigin Senior Citizens Centre

The Senior's Village at Lynch Street in Corrigin contains fourteen Independent Living Units , with three x 2 bedroom units and the other eleven are single bedroom units. All are rentals. There is a community hall and Men's shed on site for all residents to use.There are various activities held in the hall- cards on Mondays , Exercise on Tuesday and Thursday and Carpet Bowls on Wednesdays. Corrigin HACC run an Adult Day Care on Tuesdays at the hall. The Men's Shed has been converted to include pool tables and carpeted areas for "olympic seniors games" and the men meet here each Wednesday. All enquiries about the Village and availability is through the President and Secretary of the Senior Citizen's Committee.The Village and Senior Citizens Centre is all on the same site.
