Albany MOW and Senior Citizens Centre

Albany Senior Citizens Centre provides daily activities and midday meals to its members. A podiatrist visits the centre twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday. A hairdresser visits each Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and bookings can be made on 9842 3169 (Chris). There is a remedial massuer available on Wednesdays . There are many activites including carpet bowls, bingo, yoga, creative writing, line dancing , singing , craft , pool and computor classes. Population Health Physiotherapists conduct exercise classes twice a week .There are three exercise programs on Monday and Tuesday. Annual membership of $20 due 1 July. Meals are prepared on site for the members of the centre and is part of the meals on wheels service delivered by the City of Albany to its HACC eligible citizens.
