All new referrals are to contact the Central Intake Office on 1300 792 755. Nurses for the Albion Park area are located at Warilla Community Health Centre. Community nurse duties include assessment and referral, palliative care, oncology support, personal care, acute care, all in the home. Community nursing is short term (4 weeks maximum) for acute, critical wound care. Early Childhood Nurse - see separate entry. Answer machine after hours.
