Jointly funded by the Federal, State and Local Government, the HACC program provides a range of services to frail older people, people with disabilities and their carers. Program is designed to assist member in the local community to remain in their own homes as long as possible.Services available are; General homecare, disability services, personal care, respite care, friendly visiting, meals on wheels, home maintenance, lunch club, planned activity group.
