A member from an ACAT will determine your eligibility for a Community Aged Care Package. This service operates in the Perth metropolitan area and in the City of Kalgoorlie - Boulder. Charges for these services are determined in accordance with the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing Guidelines.
