Amputee Clinic - Wyong Hospital - Rehabilitation Medicine Department
Amputee Clinics are held every Wednesday at 1.30 pm - 3 pm. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The clinic is attended regularly by a physiotherapist, prosthetist, and doctor. For each clinic if necessary the services of an occupational therapist or social worker can be arranged. If client feels the need to see a doctor this needs to be stated when making an appointment. For Outpatient clients - Dr Lam is available on Mondays from 1 pm to 3 pm and Dr Smith on Fridays 10 am to 11.30 am. The Clinic aims to facilitate early mobilisation of amputees involving assessment, fitting and training in care and use of prostheses, and continuing care. Clinics are also held at Woy Woy Hospitals (listed separately)

Can I please ask how I can access an application for accommodation in your over 55 units please. I have recently moved back to WA from working in NT. I used to stay at my mum's place but my nephew has moved in so I have no housing. I am 61 not currently working may be able to get some p/t work.
