This group specialises in assisting people suffering from OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), Social Phobia, Panic Disorder (either with or without symptoms of Agoraphobia)and generalised Anxiety Disorder. People are welcome to attend meetings and bring a carer with them. There is a free self-help source for people experiencing anxiety. Covers panic attacks, anxiety and OCD social with step by step self-help tips for each disorder. The ADA Newsletter is also produced quarterly.
