Support group for people with arthritis in the Warilla/Shellharbour area. Membership costs $30 single, $35 family, $25 family concession, $15 pensioner, $50 health professional, $300 life member. Interested people are welcome to come and try out meetings without commitment. Afternoon tea (50c), Hydrotherapy available. Tai Chi at 1.30 pm - 2.30 pm Tuesday at Warilla Community Health Centre ($2.50). Contact Community Health Centre for more details. Gentle Exercise Classes - Bowling Club Gym, Mon and Thurs 10.30, ($11 for 3 sessions)
