Ashlar Court is situated in Flowers Court, Newstead and comprises 23 bedsit units. The majority are one room units with a kitchenette and bathroom. Units are available for rent on a lifetime basis. When a unit is vacated it is refurbished and then offered for long term rental to the next eligible person on the waiting list.
