This is a statewide HACC service but does not have a regional office in the Goldfields. Services are provided from the main office in Victoria Park and from regional offices in Bunbury, Geraldton, Mandurah and Albany. Regular visits are undertaken to rural areas throughout the State including the Kimberley and Esperance regions. They offer counselling, support, information and advocacy for both the carer and recipient. Their professional team offers specialist skills, training and advice to help people with vision loss to regain confidence and achieve fulfilled and independent lives. Specialist staff, including Guide Dog instructors, Technology and Training staff, members of the Children's Services Team and field officers visit country areas as required. Several Technology and Training programs and courses can be accessed via the Internet

The York MDRT was created to provide education, support and respite to carers and people with dementia. The service, which is funded by the Commonwealth National Respite for Carers, assists families in accessing community-based respite services based in the Central Wheat belt and part of the Upper Great Southern Region.
