The service includes medical transport, a shopping program and social outings. Please contact the Community Transport Coordinator if you wish to access the services.$8-$46/Medical Transport (depending on distance); Shopping program ($6-$7), Social Outings ($15 - $30 depends on outing). No one will be denied service due to an inability to pay
