The service conducts hearing assessments, fits hearing aids, supplies batteries, repairs government hearing aids and facilitates communication training. Annual battery supply and hearing aid maintenance fee $33.00. Eligability determined by the Office of Hearing Services and provision of Hearing Services Vouchers
