To ring to apply for a voucher for a hearing test, which will require a GP referral. Those eligible for a voucher for free service must fit one of the following criteria: Be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident 21 years or older. Be a Pension Concession Card Holder. Be in receipt of a Sickness Allowance. Hold a Gold or a White Repatriation Health Card issued for conditions that include hearing loss. Be the dependent of a person in one of the above two categories. Be undergoing a vocational rehabilitation program with the Commonwealth Rehabilitation Services (CRS) Australia and you are referred by your case manager. This is a private hearing service and the audiometrist is Mr Dana Norgaard. Free hearing tests and provision of certain types of hearing aids free to pensioners under Office of Hearing Programme. Do hearing tests for GPs, diving tests. Have a clinic on Tuesday every month in Katanning - need to phone for appointment. Also will do home visits to Denmark and Walpole.

I'm a single mum to a 10 yr old boy, Zayden.
We live in Melton, which is in the west of Melbourne.
I urgently require assistance.
Food vouchers would be absolutely ideal and a petrol voucher.
I have to drive my son to and from school.
He is back from school camp today and my registration was due the day he left for camp. Another $100+ I just don't have.
Once my rent is paid there isn't enough left to survive.
This week is extra tough.
Once bills are direct debited I'm lucky to get food for a few days.
I have no family to get help from and zaydens dad doesn't support zayden at all.
Every time I ask for help from places locally I have to be assessed and it's so much stress going through all your troubles being advised to see financial advisers. It's so depressing going through the same thing each time.
I keep getting referred to Orange Door. They seem to help everyone else I've spoken to without having to relive and go thru your depressing present reasons why you require help quite indepth they go. Which is too stressful.
They have left me without assistance on a friday left me with no help because I'd spoken to more than 1 person there they were confused and just left me with nothing.
My phone is playing up so can't receive calls always so they just didn't send vouchers they'd told me they were sending..
It's just so stressful having to explain your story all the time.
