There are also 33 1 and 10, 2 bedroom serviced apartments under leasehold tenure. An additional weekly fee covers the provision of meals, a linen service and heavy cleaning. If required, residents may also purchase an additional care service package. There is a nursing home section which is government subsidised and requires an Aged Care Assessment form.
