Provide supported accommodation: 1 male residence, 1 female residence. 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri Accept self referral or referral from agencies Also provides: Other support and referrals to other agencies dependent on individuals needs. Eligibility: 16 - 24 years of age. Allow 1 week application process before entry. Cost: Individual income assessment. Length of Stay (if applicable): 6 to 8 months. In some cases longer. Transitional Accommodation, Support to Obtain and Maintain Accommodation Target Group(s): Young People Funding Program: Supported Accommodation Assistance Program(funded by DCP)
