Aims to meet the needs of the local community by offering a variety of computer, arts and crafts, health and well being, recreational and educational classes and workshops. Support groups also meet at the centre. The LARF program which offers children 8 - 12 yrs mentoring, social support and positive role modeling is also conducted by the centre.
