Baptistcare Partners in Purpose and Mental Health Services - Narrogin-WB
Baptistcare[Partner in Purpose] seeks to work in partnership with people with disabilities, their families, friends and local area coordinators .The service is specifically aimed at supporting people who receive Accommodation Support Funding, Intensive Family Support funding and Alternatives to Employment funding through the Disability Services Commission. Where such funding is not available an individual may pay for the service privately. Narrogin Mental Health Services:- Psychosocial Support - Provides individual support to assist clients to return to or maintain quality of life in their own community. Self Help Group - Centre based activities, companionship and excursions for clients are held in Katanning and Narrogin on a weekly basis . We provide support to facilitate independent living and self help and advocacy. Referrals received from Mental Health GS.
