Bipolar support group meets monthly on the fourth Monday of the month from 1 pm to 3 pm. Confidentiality and privacy are respected. Guest speakers, coping skills, outings and information sessions are part of the groups activities.

The programme is free of charge although some activities may incur a small fee. Regular meetings are held between the mates, volunteers and the coordinator.
