Breakaway Respite
Centre-based respite service for children with intellectual disabilities. Open Thursday afternoon to Monday Morning, during school Term. Monday - Friday during school holidays. Staffing 2 staff to 5 children. Nights are single staff, with a sleepover shift from 10pm - 6am. Currently there is a waiting list for permanent list, but a crisis bed is available, casually after access interview. Procedure is referral - access interview (child present) - trail stay (1 day) - casual list (waiting list) - permanent list.

Can I please ask how I can access an application for accommodation in your over 55 units please. I have recently moved back to WA from working in NT. I used to stay at my mum's place but my nephew has moved in so I have no housing. I am 61 not currently working may be able to get some p/t work.
