Care Options - HACC
Care Options provides services and many programs across the MSW area. Their HACC services include :Domestic assistance; Personal care ; In-home respite ;Social support ;Meal preparation ;and Home maintenance . The Life Skills Program is funded through Carers WA to support people with a disability whose carer is over 65yo. It gives basic life skills and assists them in planning for the future . Based at Kennedy House- 9593 0622 . Assistance with Care and Housing for the Aged (ACHA): This is federally-funded to assist older people with care and housing needs. The recipients are case managed who are homeless, or live in accommodation that they do not own, and where additional on-going assistance is required, Based at Challenger Lodge - 9550 7818 The Seniors Assistance Fund(SAF) is an initiative of the City of Melville and is managed by Care Options Inc.
