Provides information to carers of people with disabilities and the aged Promotes public awareness of carers. WHAT THEY DO: Educate GP's about carers needs, improve and simplify information for carers, lobby for better services, gather information about carers needs, increase understanding in the community about carers needs, promote the work of the carers association of NSW, publicise how the actions of carers save the Government money. The purpose for this group is so people can have contact with other carers in a similar situation, monthly meetings, identifying the rights and needs of the carers. Provides information to carers of people with disabilities and the aged. Promotes public awareness of carers. Meets at 7 Milson St. address on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 10.30am during Feb, April, June, August and Oct.

Hi my name is Trent. I have been unemployed since February 10th, I have applied for jobseeker but my claim was rejected and now is being reassessed by the complex review team. I am in need of some food and personal items as I have fully out welcomed my friends and family for support. I have a rental bill through my Aunty but they are not chasing me down for it. If anyone could help me I will be much appreciated. This is the first time I have ever had to ask for help and it’s a hard thing to do.
