The Carina Youth Agency operates houses and flats for the purpose of accommodating disadvantaged young people aged 15 to 25. Accommodation is located in and around the Carina and Camp Hill areas. Independent share accommodation for medium to long term. Also have Phoenix Program an intensive high needs support program for 15-18 years which includes 24hr supervision, assistance with living skills, employment, school access, budgeting, form filling etc.
