The Transition to Work Program is funded to provide a bridge from school to work for young people with a disability who have low to moderate support needs. Clients are provided with training to acquire valuable skills to assist them into work placement. The Community Participation Program provides social skill development, social interaction, living skills, craft & music, exercise, fitness & a range of sporting activities, monthly outings, literacy, numeracy & comptuter skills.
