Any person can join. The YMCA develops physical and creative programs on the adult level for men and women, as well as for children from 18 months to teens. Children's Activities (18 months to teens), Kindy Gym (3-5 yrs), Tiny Tots (18 months - 3yrs), Girls and Boys beginners gymnastics (5+ yrs). Other programs for children include Before and After School Care. Adult activities include aerobics, boxercise, yoga, relax and stretch, weight training, oil painting, art/watercolour, and specialised senior strength training. Vacation care for the school holidays for children is from 5-12yrs. Activities include day centre and various excursions which may include horse riding, ten pin bowling, rock climbing, roller skating, ice skating, indoor soccer, pottery, crafts, gymnastics, tabloid sports and more. Also trampoline, rhythmic gymnastics & sports acrobatics - all gymnastics go to competetive levels
