Clarence Community Volunteer Service is a joint Clarence City Council and HACC funded program providing co-ordinated volunteer services to the frail aged and younger disabled residents of Clarence, including people with mental illness, who are ineligible for, or unable to access existing services due to lack of resources. Appropriate training available for those wishing to engage as volunteers.
