Cockburn Community Care: Provides Home and Community Care (HACC) services and other supportive programs. They provide a wide range of activities and outings which are client focused to cater to the physical, social and emotional needs of all members. Services / Activities: Respite Care : both in home and out of home, to suit individual needs. Home Help : this can be in the form of light household chores to cooking, shopping etc. Home Maintenance : assisting with all those little bits of maintenance eg. light gardening or fixing that loose hinge. Carers Support : provide support, advocacy, information and referral service to other agencies. Meeting details: Jean Willis Centre. Additional services are: Assessment for HACC Program, Case Planning review and Coordination of services. There is a HACC-funded Adult Day Care based at the Jean Willis Centre which has Mondays and Fridays for disabled adults, Tuesday and Thursday for tne aged and Wednesdays are dementia -specific.

I had a very tough year the last few months I had to watch my mother slowly die from breast cancer, been struggling since mums passing before I turned 50. My family doesn't talk to me after mother passed been a lot of other things on my mind in regards to my immediate family. I feel so lost and lonely don't see anything to live for even though I've got 4 grown kids and 4 grandchildren still I can't feel anything any more for anyone. I need help please
