The Jurien Bay Health Centre is a multi purpose centre providing health services to Jurien Bay and surrounding areas . These include :- Accident and Emergency (24 hours) Allied Health Services Audiology Child Health General Medical Services Health Promotion and Education Home and Community Care (HACC) Immunisation Health Promotion and Education Visiting Practitioner There also rooms for GPs who also attend emergencies. The HACC service provides Allied Health Care(Centre) ; Assessment ; Case management ;Centre Based Day Care ; Client Care Coordination ; Domestic Assistance ; Home Maintenance; Home Modification ; Meals(home) ; Nursing Care(home) ; Personal Care ;Respite Care(in home) ; Social support and Transport. Day Centre available Tues only. The Cervantes Nursing Post is currently being remodelled from Health Centre to be a respite house for o/n respite.This will be part of the HACC service (NRCP-funded maybe) run by Jessica Turbett.

The role of the Wheatbelt Population Health is broad and covers all core functions of contemporary public health practice in Australia. Basically the structure of Population Health is that they manage the health service , public health do the plannimg and policy development and the primary health service delivers the service. The Director of Population Health is located at the Wheatbelt Public Health Unit in Northam. The current acting Director is Sean Conlan.

My mother is 86 years old and she has early set Demancha and there is no one that can care for her 24/7 so im looking for a nursing home that will care for her but i need to find one that she can basically look after herself but to also have assistance around her 24/7 she has been hospitalised on 2 accassions now and the doctors and physio staff does not want her to stay living in her home because the only other person that lives there is my eldest son but he has cerebral phycey so can you please help me find the right residential aged care living village in the Lavington and Albury area’s only please
