The service can assist you by providing emergency and planned respite, information and links to existing respite networks within your local area. It can provide information and advice about respite options; provide financial assistance for respite when needed; work with carers to plan options which suit their needs and the needs of the person they care for; assist in identify gaps in service provision for carers; help carers establish carer support groups; provide training, information and support to carers within the region.
