Community nurses visit clients in their home providing palliative care, oncology, wound care and continence care etc. A wound clinic has been established to provide comprehensive wound care assessment and management for those clients who can be pro-active about accessing health care services. A bi-monthly continence clinic is available but a criteria applies. Aboriginal Liaison Office on site.
