Home visits for people who are incapable of leaving home. Home visits are usually provided by a community nurse, who will discuss issues with continence advisor. *Incontinence assessment *Treatment *Education in prevention of bladder and bowel control problems *Advice on continence aids and appliances. *Liaison with GPs and specialists if required. They deal with problems such as, leakage as with coughing and sneezing, bed wetting, leakage after surgery or due to medical problems or a disability, longstanding bowl or bladder control problems. Hello
My mum suffered a stroke in July and is currently in Woy Woy rehab centre. They’re hoping she’ll be home in 5/6 weeks. My dad is looking for someone to come in the mornings and evenings to help with mum. We are looking at between 4-6 hours per day. We’ll know more in 5/6 weeks as to the role itself but it’s standby assistance.
