Complaint unit for DoCs. Complaints can be made over the phone or in writing. Anyone can make a complaint. DoCs is a service protecting children 0-18 years. Please note: Complaints unit is not a counselling service. Any enquiries and reports for child protection or children at risk of harm should not ring this number. Instead they should telephone 'HELPLINE' on 132111.
