Programs funded by DHS include Community and Home Based Support, Shared Supported Accommodation, Community Participation, Primary Support, Planning and Coordination, Specialist Services, Information and Advocacy Services, Quality and Accreditation, Training Development and Innovation, Strengthening Communities, Flexible Support Packages and Intake Assessment. - Community Residential Services/Residential Respite Care - provides facility based planned and emergency respite accommodation for children, young people and adults with autism or intellectual, psychiatric, neurological or physical disabilities - 5 beds and one emergency bed are available.

my mum has a few disabilitys she is in hospital now as she had a fall she 74 years I have been caring for her for 5 years and I found I cant help her now as I have done my shoulder in but she is still able to stay in her home I need to find another carer as it is going to be a long recovery for me help
