Special Needs assistance for people with a disability or those with HIV/ AIDS. Applications for priority housing for people with disabilities and mental ilness. Documentation, eg medical certificate and letters of support, is required. Specialist staff available to discuss needs if required. Date of application is from obtaining of forms if they are lodged within 3 months.
