Accommodation for people who are financially disadvantaged. Criteria for eligibility is - Australian citizenship, permanent residency NSW and must meet the Department's financial and asset criteria. Phone, write or drop in to obtain registration forms. Application date is from the day forms are obtained if they are returned within 3 months. Applications for priority housing for people with a disability or mental illness. Documentation, eg medical certificate and letters of support, is required. Specialist staff available to discuss needs if required. Crisis Housing - call After Hours Temporary Accommodation Line: Mon- Fri 4.30 pm -10 pm, Sat, Sun and public holidays 10 am - 10 pm.
