The access program provides direct support for families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to access the childcare of their choice. Contiued support is provided after placement through cross-cultural conflict resolution. AccessProgram is currently working with ATSI and advocating on their behalf as required.

CFH addresses the health and well being of children and families in the Bundaberg District. CFH nursing and allied health professionals provide education and support for parents, within group sessions, growth and development and relevant parenting information are included in discussion. Growth and development of children are assessed at regular intervals. Referrals made when problems detected. A lactation consultant is available for breastfeeding concerns every Tuesday afternoon and Friday. CFH is actively involved in health promotion and is willing to provide information on any issue relating to the health of children and adolescents up to 18 years of age.
