Eastern Respite and Recreation - Creativity Centre

Provider of Community Participation & Transition to Work programs for Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care. For people with mild intellectual disabilities including those with high support needs. Services offered are tailor made to meet the needs of individuals. Most programs have a focus toward skill development and independence. Services are provided with either one-to-one worker out in the community, or in small groups in the Rosebery Centre. For people with higher support needs, services are more focused towards therapy. For example, swimming, yoga and massage. Also provides Pathways, a group centre based day program for 18-65 year olds not eligible for the DADHC funded services. In this program priority is given to long term disability and those with ageing carers.

My name is Robert, I’ve experienced family domestic violent. Sadly I have a big injury in my back disk due to been assaulted and bashed by 6 x Police officers on the
20-11-2020. I haven’t been working, I’m receiving Centrelink job seeker. I got kicked out from the family house that I was paying mortgage for. Ive been homeless and leaving in a motel, I did approach Housing Department and thank god and thanks to them that they have offered me a 1 bedroom until which im hoping to move into it next week. Sadly I can’t afford to buy some of the furniture for the unit , jI’m wondering if your company would be able to help me out ?
