The Independence Group (18 - 21yrs) offers 3 year funding to enable those moving off the Saturday Club to increase their skills and develop to independent social networks. Caters for people with low to moderate support needs. Woodstock (18 - 65yrs) provides recreation and peer support with group activities at weekends, (usually on Saturdays) for adults. Hello, I am a mum of two small children aged 1 and 3. I have been thinking of the value of community and would love to reach out to the older generation who may be missing their family or not have any. I'm not sure how to go about it.
